About me

Hi, I’m Lindsey Mitchell. As a trained counsellor and hypnotherapist with over five years of experience, I am deeply passionate about guiding individuals through some of the most challenging chapters of their lives.

My approach is grounded in a strong academic and practical foundation. I hold a BSc in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Substance Use and Substance Use Disorders from Queen's University Belfast (QUB). To complement my analytical and organisational skills, I also earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Operations and Supply Chain Management from QUB, allowing me to bring a balanced, structured perspective to my therapeutic practice.

About me

There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing a client make positive, lasting changes and transition into a more meaningful, fulfilling phase of life. Helping people rediscover happiness, find their balance, and truly enjoy their lives is what motivates me every single day. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping numerous clients break through barriers, reclaim their well-being, and achieve true fulfilment.

I specialise in supporting clients through:

  • Addiction and Recovery

  • Grief and Loss

  • Bereavement

  • Hypnotherapy

  • I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help, I really appreciate it. I'm back to work now and things have improved, and it helped me so much.
