About me
Hi, I’m Lindsey Mitchell. As a trained counsellor and hypnotherapist with over five years of experience, I am deeply passionate about guiding individuals through some of the most challenging chapters of their lives.
My approach is grounded in a strong academic and practical foundation. I hold a BSc in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Substance Use and Substance Use Disorders from Queen's University Belfast (QUB). To complement my analytical and organisational skills, I also earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Operations and Supply Chain Management from QUB, allowing me to bring a balanced, structured perspective to my therapeutic practice.
